26th – 29st August 2022. Claydon Estate, Bucks
We are so excited to bring Towersey Festival, the oldest independent festival in the UK, to the beautiful Claydon Estate in August!

and fun. At our heart is working with the local community to ensure that we provide a positive contribution to the area. We are excited to have the chance to do that now, with you, and we invite you to get involved with Towersey Festival.
It’s the perfect weekend for festival first timers and seasoned festival goers alike. The festival is small but perfectly formed and offers great music, dance, wellbeing, circus, workshops, craft ale, street food and much more.
It’s a festival for all ages, from children to grandparents, a place you can create memories together. Come alone and you’ll feel part of the bigger Towersey family from the moment you arrive. Those who come to Towersey feel a sense of ownership and community. It truly is YOUR festival.

Towersey is a grown-up, easy-going festival that encourages you to act like a child, sing your heart out, learn new things and dance like no-one is watching, whilst enjoying the comforts of an immaculate site, clean toilets and a packed programme.
Towersey festival is still family run and is Not for Profit. Any surplus is put back into the event for improvements and future proofing or channelled into supporting the artistic development of artists and local charities. In the last 25 years, we have raised more than quarter of a million pounds for good causes and local organisations. We also lead the way on festival sustainability and work hard to minimise our environmental impact.

How can you get involved?
- Come along and just have some fun – for a day or all 4.
- Join us as a volunteer and have some fun helping us run the festival and meeting new people whilst enjoying the festival for free (over 18’s only)
- Join us as a trader – apply to bring catering, market stalls or arts and crafts to our festival audience
- Help support us with local marketing – perhaps with delivering leaflets or putting up a poster on your property. We are open to ideas and provide free day tickets to those that can help.

Enjoy over 100 artists and bands including headline artists Bill Bailey, Tom Odell, Del Amitri, Kate Rusby, Howard Jones, Turin Brakes and Eddi Reader.
4 full days of packed festival fun across 10 stages and venues including music, comedy, dance, ceilidh, spoken word, workshops, wellbeing, circus, family theatre shows, outdoor games, axe throwing, singing and much more.
