Cindy’s Kitchen UK is an Indonesian and Asian food specialist in Winslow, Buckinghamshire. Cindy moved to the UK in 2012 and saw that there was a lack of Indonesian food in restaurants and takeaways. People didn’t know enough about Indonesian food other than its iconic dishes such as satay, rendang (caramelized beef curry), and nasi goreng (fried rice). So she made it her mission to introduce Indonesian food to her friends and neighbour’s in the UK, and in 2016, Cindy’s Kitchen UK was founded.
